Puneet Bhatnagar

Business Head – North & South America

Puneet Bhatnagar, resident of Dallas, Texas, joined the GFL family in 2012. He is responsible for GFL's business operations in the Americas. Puneet, an engineer with an MBA degree, has over 20 years of experience in domestic and international sales, supply chain, global business management, business leadership, and strategic planning in the polymer industry. Prior to joining GFL, Puneet was Director of Sales and Marketing and Supply Chain for over nine years for a U.S.-based polyester film manufacturing company. His hobbies are watching sports and current affairs. During his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife and two boys.

Hank Malasky

Director - Sales & Marketing

Hank Malasky manages the INOFLAR® PVDF product line for U.S. business, starting in December 2021. He has decades of industrial experience in polymers, elastomers, coatings, and chemicals, and has spent the last 20+ years in fluoropolymer business development and sales. Prior to the fluoropolymer business, he spent years in international trade throughout Asia and worked for DuPont in technical and sales roles and locations in the U.S. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA, and a Master's in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Delaware, Newark, DE.

Laura Shekleton

Director - Supply Chain and Finance

Laura Shekleton joined the GFL Americas LLC team in January 2014 and currently manages the U.S. Office in the Dallas Fort Worth, Texas area. Laura has over 30 years of industrial experience in the areas of rubber, plastics, coatings, and chemicals. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University at Ames, IA, and a Master of Science degree in Material Science & Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology at Rochester, NY. Presently, she lives in the Dallas Fort Worth, Texas area and enjoys sports, gardening, and puzzles in her spare time.

Manuj Nandwani

Business Manager - Midwest, South & West USA and South America

Manuj has been a Business Manager with Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL) since 2014. He joined at our head office in India and gained necessary knowledge of fluoropolymer products initially. Eventually, he got relocated to our Texas office in 2015. Manuj is a Mechanical Engineer and also completed his Master's in Business Administration specializing in Marketing. Manuj handles Midwest, South, and West regions of the USA and also South American markets. His hobbies include playing soccer, listening to music, and he enjoys spending time with his family.

Jeevan Thomas

Business Manager - East Coast & Canada

Jeevan holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing and worked extensively in various industries in a business management profile. He started working with GFL during early 2014. He joined our corporate headquarters in India as an International Business Manager for North America and later moved over to the United States for better servicing of his customers. Jeevan focuses on GFL's business on the East Coast of the USA and Canada. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and playing the piano.

Subeer Pratap Singh

Business Manager - North America

Subeer holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Manipal University Jaipur and joined GFL at our head office in 2018. He managed the complete fluoropolymer portfolio and represented the company in Southeast Asian markets before relocating to Dallas in Nov 2023. Subeer currently manages FKM, FFKM, and PTFE Micropowders product lines for the Americas region. He likes to play volleyball, swim, trek, and read in his free time.

Sargun Kaur

Business Manager - North America

Sargun is a Chemical Engineer and an MBA by education. She started her professional career with GFL's business operations in India. She has around 8 years of work experience which includes working in various industries such as fluoropolymers, fluoro-specialty chemicals, carbon black, and management consulting. She currently handles the PVDF product line for GFL Americas. Her hobbies include hiking and swimming.

Nishchay Srivastava

Logistics Coordinator

Nishchay Srivastava is the Logistics Coordinator at GFL Americas LLC since February 2021. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master's in Industrial Management. He enjoys watching movies and playing chess in his free time.

Brenda Williams

Accounting Specialist

Brenda joined GFL in 2020 and currently works in the Accounting Department as the Accounting Specialist. Brenda has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Strayer University of Dallas, TX.
